What is myRewards?
myRewards is a very simple loyalty program and is designed to give you something back for every dollar you spend getting your windows cleaned. For each dollar spent you receive 15 points, effectively the equivalent of $0.15.
Does my Window Cleaning Cost Increase if I move to HSO?
We will MATCH YOUR CURRENT COST PLUS give you myRewards points. Simply put, if you spend $15/week now on window cleaning, we will charge the exact same amount PLUS on top of this you receive myRewards points. Pretty simple, your cost is the same but you are getting something in return.
How long will it take to receive a $30 Gift Voucher?
The Calculator Table below sets out various weekly spends on window cleaning, and how long it would take to accrue points to convert to a $30 gift voucher. If you spend $15/week, then after 3.1 months you have enough points to redeem a $30 voucher.
What’s the Catch?
There is no catch, there are no contracts, no minimum time periods or penalties for leaving. If you are happy with our service you will stay, if you are not you can leave at any time.
How do I Redeem my Rewards?
Points accumulate after each window clean. You log in to myRewards, ENTER YOUR User Name and Password and start shopping. Select the REWARD you want, your points are then deducted, and the REWARD is mailed out to you.
What are some of the Rewards?
There are several hundred REWARDS to choose from, the list in endless from gift vouchers to parachuting and everything in between.
Is It True I Get A $30 Gift Voucher for Just Moving to HSO for Window Cleaning?
YES.....but, you must use HSO for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks, be a new customer, and spend not less than $15/week. After 4 weeks you will receive enough points for a $30 gift voucher. If you spend less than $15/week, you will receive between 1125 - 2250 bonus points.
Is It True I Get A $30 Gift Voucher for Referring Another Business to HSO?
YES.....but, the referred business must use HSO for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks, be a new customer, and spend not less than $15/week.After the 4 weeks you receive enough points for a $30 gift voucher. If they spend less than $15/week, you will receive between 1125 - 2250 bonus points.
What if I Refer 10 New Businesses to HSO?
Simple, as long they spend $15/week, are new clients and use HSO for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks, you would receive enough points for 10 $30 gift vouchers, i.e. the equivalent of $300 in gift vouchers!
